I started my career building software and working through technical problems. Over time, my work expanded into architecture, delivery, and leading people. I became increasingly interested in how technical decisions affect the people building a system and the customers using it.

Today, I'm a Senior Manager at TELUS Digital, focused on conversational AI. My work brings together product owners, technical leads, developers, and quality teams. I spend my time helping people align on priorities, work through dependencies, and make informed decisions about delivery.

Staying close to the work

My technical background continues to shape how I lead. I've worked with conversational platforms, cloud services, and backend integrations, and I value being able to understand the details when they matter. I'm also learning to be more deliberate about when to get involved and when to give others room to lead.

Returning to the classroom

I'm pursuing the Queen's–Cornell Executive MBA, building my understanding of strategy, finance, and leadership alongside my day-to-day work. This site is a place to share selected work and the questions I'm thinking through along the way.
